Sound - Picture lagging behind sound, Bad last night during football

Watching the live football last night. Picture lagging behind the sound. This is a really annoying problem this sound snyc thing. Sky have replaced my Glass Medium tv but this has made no difference, still have this sound/picture problem. Is any one else suffering or just me. About to give up on Glass TV - Having received a replacement tv but still got the same problem am at witsend. Still owe 24 months on the tv but might have to write this off as the problem is that frustrating it makes watching the tv a pain.

Would like to hear if any one has had this problem and if a fix was found.

I have the same issue on all Chanel's and can only delay sound not speed up. Wish you could do this in picture. So you can try to synchronise seeing in picture.

Yes, I am experiencing this problem watching live sport, particularly noticeable when listening to pre and post match punditry or player interviews. This has only started recently but is happening regularly . It's been easy for me to fix or resync, simply by rebooting the tv. But this is starting to annoy me and I'll see how it goes but I can see a call to Sky coming soon. It's not on, the amount of money Sky charge, a flawless or near flawless service should be expected...

Yes we are finding this, mostly on BBC channels. Find if we swap channels and then go back it is usually ok...til it goes again!

Our worst viewing channel was watching F1, it just froze and skipped so much it was unwatchable. We switched off and listened on the radio.

We are having the same issues and called sky and ended up calling cancellations as they don't know how to fix it . They said buy a new TV seriously !!!!! Calling complaints tomorrow

Retention team said buy a new TV when rang tonight to cancel  . Will let you know how we get on with complaints team tomorrow
