Hi Everyone,
Need help in linking my replacement Skyglass with my Sky account.
TV delivered on 18th Oct and had several calls with Sky customer service still issue is not resolved.
Sky says it is due to Delivery status is not updated to delivered and to resolve this it need 18 to 24 days.
Already 21 days passed and every time I call them they raise new request and clock starts again.
any one faced this issue and in how much time was it resolved.

Hi @Rohitg1 I would make a formal complaint. See the following links to how to make a complaint and the official complaint form.
Customer complaint form It will initially direct you your MySky account and after signing in you will be presented with a complaint form. If you just send an email you might not get a response so it's best to use the official form.

I suggest you fire off an email to Sky complaints to get some action on this.
