SkyGlass keeps crashing, even news programs freeze

SKYGLASS, crashes repeatedly. NO  help available from SKY.

Have you checked the broadband speed your Glass is receiving? To do this, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check. What speed is reported?

apps run as normal, anything associated with SKY doesn't run at all. Sky News, Sky own movies and programs etc.....

 

Issue is not signal input.

It could be signal input.

Have you checked the speed arriving at your Glass TV? What does the Netflix speed report show?

Glass needs a fast and stable network connection in order to function, particularly for the live channel streams. Apps can cope with fluctuations a bit better than the live streams, hence why I asked you to test your speed.

As I have said signal input is not the answer. Yes I checked on speed and satbility. I've since actually spoken to Sky who told me that other people have reported a similar issue with SkyGlass.

I have found my own solution, solution..and that is to get rid of Sky Glass and returning to a conventional TV setup.
