Program loafing

My tv keeps saying programe loading even though picture is on screen,. Then after 30 seconds it goes back to home screen saying there is a tec fault on this channel 

done a update with sky,  been on phone every day this week

Hi @lolaneve1  I have the same issue from time to time and have found the only way to fix it is a reboot by going to Settings > System Management > Resets & updates > Restart device (it takes about 2 minutes to complete the reboot).

Sky are aware of the issue and are looking for a solution.
