I suggest you avoid using the partner company for wall install. Turned up, looked at wall, did a test said too many elctric cables on the wall cant install. I aslee if it derected cat 5/6 cables. Said tjey werent electricians and didn't know what Cat5/6 was. Left the tv in box and left.
spoke to Sky apparently Our contract for install is with their contractor and they need to refund as had to be paid up front.
Spoke to their contractor 7-10 days to refund.
sorry this isnt good enough and Sky shouldnt use or endorse them unless they take ownership of any issues.
