Sky tv services unavailable

Hi. I paid the sky glass tv bill on Friday last week and it said your services will resume within 2 hours. It has now been 3/4 days and this message is still showing and I can't watch the TV

@Rhys36 have you also readded your continuous payment details to your account. When services become restricted the payment method setup typically gets removed and needs to be established as part of the process to restore service.

 

If you have setup payment details again then try turning the Glass off at the plug for a couple of minutes and see if that helps.

As you made a payment  on Friday it probably  will not clear and show as paid  on your  sky  account  until  tomorrow at the earliest, the transaction  has to clear  your  bank  account  and clear  into  the sky account, it takes  longer  over the  weekend
