Sky tv says there is no connection to the internet but WiFi and broadband is working

All lights are green on the router but the sky glass isn't connecting to the internet

Hi @Sarah933 

 

Power your glass off at the mains. While off power cycle your router and when back up and running and WiFi available power your Glass back on.

 

Failing that you will need to give some more information such as is this a new install? Or has it been working previously? Who is your ISP etc? Remember we are fellow customers on the community and no nothing about your set up unless you tell us.
