I've just activated my sky glass with my broadband (I got them as a package). I have managed to set up my tv, however my sky subscriptions still say "processing" and my sky glass still says "awaiting delivery". I have unplugged it and I have restarted it. This hasn't worked and there is no clear guide how to fix this.

It looks like either Panther (Sky's delivery partner) hasn't marked it as delivered or something has gone wrong between the systems. Unfortunately you will need to speak to Sky (we are fellow subscribers here on the forum).
You can do this by calling 150 from your Sky landline.
