Sky stream puck asking to link account - Access Restricted

Out of the blue our Sky Stream puck stopped working. Having reset it, it asked us to link our account. It comes up with a QR code to scan but when we go to that page it says Access is restricted. Go to Sky Homepage. When I go to homepage there is nothing there to help. Any ideas!?

What reset  have done, ? If you have done a factory reset  without  taking  to a sky advisor  as you are doing  the reset  it does say before  you do the factory reset  that it you do this it will  clear your  settings  and your account  details, also to see if the puck is linked to your  account  go to the my sky app open  product settings,  and then open  manage my devices to see if it's there, otherwise  you will  need to call sky about this issue
