Hello.
The F1 season is about to kick off and I'm really looking forward to watching it on my Glass. I do not watch any other sports however and paying an extra £27 just to watch one channel seems a bit much. Is there a way I can just add F1 to my glass package without sitting on the phone for 45 minutes? I'd also like to add a puck for my bedroom at same time too.
Thankyou.
Andrew

Here's a link regarding how to make a complaint.

How? People with Sky+ & Sky Q cannot get F1 on it's own either unless they are still on the very old legacy packs.
So clearly they are not penalising Sky Glass/Stream customers.

@GD1 and @CardiffMan1992
I know what you are referring to as I used to take advantage of the offer many years ago (in fact I seem to remember F1 on its own was free). However you are mistaken as there is a NEW deal currently being advertised on the Sky web site of Sky F1 for £15 per month (no contract - cancel anytime). It stipulates that this is only for Sky Q customers, hence my perfectly justified comment. See the following link.

I disagree with this, Sky Q Customers can get Sky Sports F1 only for £15 per month, its currently in my VIP Offer but I'm a Glass/Streaming customer so when I click on it, it states this is not available for you, but can be if you purchase full sports package. Sky have cornered everyone in to purchasing full sport package if they moved to Glass or Streaming

Have a look at a similar community thread at the following link which might be of interest:

Every time I hear the advert on the radio saying you can get it for £15, I keep on thinking thye need to say but not if you have glass! - Only on the website do they make the distinction...

This annoys me as I mentioned I was an f1 fan when I signed up for SKY Glass. Also..the advert does not say it is not available to SKY Glass customers so we should push them to supply it at £15. They're good to tell us we are VIPs for having been with them for over 20 years but what do we get for that? Nothing!! All offers I have entered for have never been successful.

Advert clearly lists
Requires Sky Q
That also means requires active subscription on Sky Q to add Sky Sports F1
Customers with a subscription with Glass/Sky Stream are not allowed also have an active subscription with Sky Q at same address
Sky Q and Minis have be returned to Sky If you have a active subscription package on Sky Glass or Sky Stream
Only way to use Sky Q at same address is to cancel all Sky Glass/Sky Stream Subscription Packages

Ridiculous rule for Sky Glass, Feel very annoyed that we are unable to get Golf 15 pound package either. When being sold this Sky Glass deal, it was never outlined the extensive disadvantages compared to Sky Q. Have complained and still awaiting a response.
