Sky sports news. Breaking news banner
- Evening everyone, anyone else notice the breaking news banner on sky sports news moving really jittery on sky glass and SkyStream I have a sky glass gen 2 I've mentioned in the sky it just needs escalating to the right people so I'm hoping writing this will help escalate it to the right people because they're saying it's a broadcast issue and they need to get a hold of the channel because people in the call centre have had it on their TVs as well Pete

@pete1986andrew Hi Pete, your best bet is to report the issue to the Viewer Relations team by emailing them at viewerR@sky.uk providing them with as much information as possible. They will acknowledge your email and look into the issue for you. They usually also provide feedback to you after a few days.
If my post has solved your issue please mark as an "Answer" as it helps others identify the solution
If it has helped please give it a "Like"

I find using vivid or extra vivid mode on the gen 2 makes a lot of on screen graphics shimmer and vibrate especially bright colours and on YouTube .
maybe when watching and seeing this press the "3 dot" button and you should get the in picture menu. Try changing to a different screen setting and see if the issue still occurs
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M350 hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.

Re: Sky sports news. Breaking news banner
Yes Sky Sports News is glitching every 2 seconds or so for me on Sky Glass & Sky Stream since yesterday. All other channels are fine.

I have lodged it with sky and with the programs broadcaster. Hopefully they will fix it not sure how long it will take. The more people that say about it the quicker it will probably get done Pete
