Sky glass works with any router or internet provider as long as you have at least 30mb of speed and a good wifi signal

@PeteM2

The Q Hub was never great for WiFi, but as @Jporch316 indicates, it only needs to deliver the minimum bitrate Glass requires for the resolution of the content being viewed.

Perhaps worth noting that Sky will be replacing all Q Hubs over the next year or so anyway because they aren't compatible with the end of PSTN service.

Re: Sky’s hub and sky glass tv

What is your  broadband  speed  ?,  I  got my sky glass tv , in november  2021, I changed  my hub to a sky max hub, and January  this year  I upgraded  my broadband  to sky gigafast  900mps  full fibre broadband to the property

Hope this helps  you
