Sky reverting back to old wifi provider every few weeks in settings, so sky not working

About once a month my sky keeps reverting back to my old wifi provider connection which is still stored somewhere in my account so when I switch on it asks if I've changed broadband recently and it won't work until I go into network settings and reconnect manually with the very long password to my current provider (who i have had for over 3 years now!) How can I stop this happening, is there a way of deleting my old provider from it's memory?

I would suggest resetting your network connection as outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-internet-connection-osm

 

Make sure you restart your Glass between resetting and settings up your new connection.

This is what I have to do every time it reverts but it still happens again!
