Sky remote pin number

I have sky puck and have never set pin on my remote but it keeps asking for one is there a default or is it the last four digits of the bank account number used to pay the bill??

@Jackie016 The default PIN is usually the last 4 numbers of the phone number you have registered with Sky.  That's what mine was last July when I purchased and setup my Glass TV.

If that doesn't work try the last 4 numbers of the credit card used to purchase the Sky Puc.

@Jackie016 if you're transferring from either sky + or q and neither the last four digits of mobile or bank account don't work, try the pin you had previously

Thank you it was last 4 digits of phone number although it would have been nice to have been told by the engineer this morn 😂
