Sky puck

I have not long got Sky glass and inherited anather tv from an uncle so I've been using both with no problems. When I got the new tv it came with a puck which has never been plugged in so I cancelled it so now the subscription has ended I can't get the tv I inherited to access sky anymore?

You'd need the Whole Home subscription add-on to use more than one Glass television at an address.

We're all three on your account or was one on the previous owners account ?

all three devices would have needed to be transferred to your account for them to continue to work
