Last few weeks, tv turns off and on, stream freezing. Have checked everything, tv says hdmi NG but now says ok. Have checked everything, used same hdmi and imput for other devices, no problems at all so its the puck that's doing this. Want to factory reset but says don't unless asked by sky or new puck required
