Sky picture freezes during adverts

I can watch programs without any problem but when the adverts come on the picture freezes. After a few minutes I get the message your programs is loading but nothing happens. I need to switch off wait for 5 minutes and turn back on.

We get the same problem watching Sky Witness. It's a real pain. I've notified customer services and awaiting a reply.
