Sky live camera not working

my sky live was delivered today, I've tried setting it up and this is what I've got. It's in HDMI 1, when I plug it in the red light come on, started flashing and then went off and that's it. Nothing else is happening. Any ideas on how to sort it?

Try going to settings  and going to system management open that go to restart and then restart device,  also just a check have you got the  usb lead on the camera  plugged in to the tv, restarting the tv  should work if not you my need to ring sky for help

Ive already tried that and I've tried unplugging the tv, leaving it for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. Thank you though. I'll have to contact sky I think.
