I've noticed quite a few individual threads regarding this permenant red light issue on Sky Live and I wanted to bring it all together so that some advice that we've seen can be shared. As indicated in a few messages above, your Sky camera has a small reset button found at the bottom. You will need to press this to start a restart.
After this done can you please monitor your device for a couple days and if the red light issue returns, please come back and share 🙂

Hi guys, just received sky camera. Plugged it all in and it doesn't want to download software. Anyone had same issue?
Start up says sky live is starting, then quickly jump to start using sky live, then a second later says no signal!!
In settings, system management no sign of sky live been downloaded.
Any help would be great 👍
