Sky glass

Had a replacement on my sky glass on the 23rd October . Tried to link it to my account and it won't link. Have called so many times and they keep telling it's going to take a few days then a week then two weeks. I'm still waiting. It's unacceptable .

We are fellow customers here on the community. Issues with accounts sometimes need resolving by back end teams and these work of a ticketing system.

 

If you believe sky aren't providing you with the the standard of service expected the best course of action is to raise a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
