When I turn on my tv in the morning it shows message waiting for programe to load then it just goes blank I have restarted my tv numerous times I dont get the sky logo on my screen I just get the same message

I you tried  unplugging the tv for about 10 minutes also how are you connected  to  the  Internet?

I'm connected wireless with sky broadband giga

My Sky  glass tv  is connected by  ethernet  cable  and i have gigafast broadband  to i have no problems,  can you  connect your tv with a cable?

@Gordie-59 If you do connect via ethernet cable then do go into settings and turn off your WiFi.

If you are still having issues connecting, then you may need to do a hard reset of your TV to solve it. Ring Sky to do this as they don't advise doing a hard reset without speaking to them, in case of problems re-setting back up.

I have my wifi setting  turned off now on both my sky glass tvs yes
