Sky glass not seeing virgin box

Hi, I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong.

i have a 43" sky glass and i have connected my virgin media box to it via HDMI. I'm confused as to why I can't access sky movies and sky sport as per my subscription with virgin.

Have you  set the hdmi  to old in the settings  it might be that !!can i do you have a sky subscription  for the tv ? As things like the ultra hd  and dolby atmos  surround   will not work as far as i know  as we have to subscribe  to them to work on the tv, have you tried  plugging  your box in hdmi  port 3 ?

Are you looking for movies and sport on the Sky UI or the Virgin UI?

If you subscribe through Virgin you must use the Virgin UI via your HDMI input and using the Virgin remote. If Virgin isn't letting you watch that through their UI then you need to contact Virgin to address that for you.
