Sky glass

I have been trying to apply for sky glass onions but when I get right to the very end of the order it says that this can't be done online and to call. Does anyone know why please?

If you are an existing Sky customer then they usually prefer you to speak to them to process the order. 

Be aware that a newer model of Sky Glass TV is due to be revealed next month.

I have been a previous customer to sky but it was my partner that wanted to apply for it and he's never had an account before do you think this may be the reason? Thankyou for the reply 😊

If you live together then the address may still be logged as having a Sky account. Try clearing the cache and cookies from the web browser you're using (or use a different one) and see if that makes any difference.
