@Mark+jennings  You can have Sky Glass regardless of broadband provider.  You do need to ensure you have a fast enough connection got Glass.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You can use Sky Glass with any home broadband provider, it just needs to be 25Mbps minimum speed for HD and 30Mbps for UHD, but preferably a lot faster, otherwise you might get buffering issues, particularly if there are others in your household using the internet at the same time.

You pay for the Sky Glass TV itself either outright or as part of a monthly payment plan. This is a loan agreement (ie a financial loan, not a loan of the TV) with the cost spread over two or four years. Be aware that the Glass TV only comes with a 2 year warranty so if it fails after two years and you're on a four year payment plan you'll still need to pay off the total cost regardless of whether it functions or not.

You also need to pay for the streaming TV channel package. This can be Sky Essential or Sky Ultimate, and then you can add Sky Sports, Cinema, etc on top of this. You can get cheaper channel packages by signing up for 2 years, or pay a little more each month for 31 day rolling contracts.
