Picture keep freezing and then the sound catches up
This has been happening for the past 2 months and I shouldn't have to keep turning the tv off and resetting it when I'm paying for a service!
Please advise on how you will fix this issue!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@gowen You're not talking to Sky and they won't be able to fix anything opn the back of a community post. For the most part these issue are usually wifi related.
How is your TV connected to your hub? On the Glas TV open the netflix app and go to Get Help, run the connection test, what speed is being reported?
Anytthing less than 25mbps for HD & 35mbps for UHD will cause such issue, poor wifi will also cause this issue.
