Sitting on Saturday missing half my program
sky glass just keeps saying Please wait for program to load Signal is absolute rubbish
I absolutely fed up of sky glass Internet rubbish to & pay all this money for what

We are fellow customers here on the community. Are you with Sky broadband and saying you are having trouble with brosdbsnd? I have a Sky Glass and 4 Pucks with EE and don't have such issues.
Usually a reboot will clear temporary faults. Connecting via ethernet or homeplugs and turning WiFi off in settings on Glass may provide more stability. Glass needs stable broadband and Sky recommend a minimum of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
If you provide the community more information about the issues you are facing we will do our best to helps or you need to complain to Sky.
