Not had the sky glass long but there is a line going through the screen I've tried what they have said, but still there and rather annoying, I can't access the contact number but has anyone had this problem?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Keff38 When I had a Glass TV it suddenly developed a vertical dark grey line about 2 inches wide. I unplugged the TV and left it unplugged overnight. In the morning when I plugged it back in the line had disappeared and luckily never returned.
Give this a try and if the line doesn't disappear or it comes back in the future give Sky a cal for some troubleshooting and if necessary a Glass replacement if it is still within the 2 year warranty.
If Sky is you mobile provider you can phone them by dialling 150.
