Hi @Kirstymarvin 

 

Power your TV off at the mains for at least two minutes and power it back on as this should clear any software glitches which can cause the line. If this doesn't work try leaving it unplugged overnight. 

 

If neither of these work you will need to call sky and claim under warranty as it's likely a hardware fault. We are fellow customers here on the community.
