some one answer, I'm paying a lot of money for this. HELP!

Turn it off, unplug it  for a few  minutes and plug it back in see if that  works, how is the tv connected  to  the  Internet  ?

@Mswatsit As suggested by @peter-marlow+1966 a simple reboot should sort it out and get you up and running again. Switch off your Glass or Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.

My own experience with Sky Glass is that you can confuse the TV with too many remote commands in quick succession with the result that it completely locks up (freezes).  A reboot always sorted this out for me and over time I learnt not to be too vigorous with the remote commands.
