Hi 

have you tried pulling the plug out for 5 mins? That clears quite a few gremlins 

also try connecting the puck to your router with an ethernet cable. Check if it works then

I have the same issue.  Cannot watch or stream channel 4/more 4. I've tried unplugging everything and using ethernet cable but it still doesn't work. I've contacted Sky direct but still not got answers.
