New sky glass delivered yesterday - have broadband throughout house and on other TV's with sky but sky glass will not connect to broadband.
have tried unplugging everything / resetting tv which still comes up with the same 'unable to connect' screen.
Ive called sky and keep getting told to turn off and on and check passwords - all of which we've done! So frustrating - any ideas?

As a test have your tried connecting using Ethernet?
