Sky glass wifi issue
Hi guys I have a sky glass tv and 2 pucks and we have problems with the glass tv and both pucks randomly,the mane issue is random wifi disconnection and I have spoken with sky who have advised me they know of a software issue and are working to resolve it ASAP ,so what I have done today is put a timer plug on the sky glass tv and set it to disconnect from the plug and switch back on after 15 minutes ,this resets the tv and reboots it because the advice from sky is to unplug your tv or puck for a short time and plug back in ,I know this is not a fix but it works for me ,saves having to unplug and it can be set to a time your not watching tv or you can unplug it every night when you go to bed that also works ,so until sky fix it I will use the timer 😀.

Re: Sky glass wifi issue
If you have not done so already.
Change your pucks and Glass TV to the following recommended settings set in Settings>
Turn wifi OFF under Network if connected via ethernet.
Set Network standby mode to ON and Overnight power saving to OFF.

Re: Sky glass wifi issue
Also, if you need to restart your Glass Tv and pucks, for any glitches going forwards, no need to pull the power if it's not that easily accessible for you, do this;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
