Sky glass voice control

I received my sky glass today and the voice control doesn't work even though the mic is switched on

Yeah I've tried that and it's still not working, it's not working in the remote control either

Gi, got my sky glass today, voice control not working via remote or talking to the TV, God help me, have ordered a new remote from sky, free as it's under warranty.

Try this 

Switch tv to standby (either with remote, or with button on side of set)

Switch off at plug

Switch on at plug (no waiting necessary)

When red standby light comes on, press Home button on remote.

Did as you suggested, worked a treat. Thanks for the tip. This Sky Glass is one complicated beast, surprised Sky released it into the wild with so many glitches. Thanks again.
