How long overdue where you on the TV subscription bill? I believe if it reaches 56 days Sky reserve the right to cancel the TV subscription

Although billed at the same time, the content subscription is separate to the monthly loan repayment. Paying off the loan wouldn't automatically reactivate a suspended or cancelled subscription.
Given you now own the television set itself, you may need to proceed as if you've acquired it second hand and effectively set up a new subscription account.
