Sky glass v1 no picture

So after the my sky glass decided to fade to black mid program, I decided to ring sky to get some help. Did the usual turn it off and on try to recover but.. nope still a black screen... Unfortunately I'm 43 days out of warranty and they want 645 pounds upfront to fix... Anybody have an other ideas. Still have a year left to pay on TV and as of now it's a 65" paperweight 😭

@Smudge4486  That's really unfortunate, and £645 is quite a large amount to find, it may be worth looking at a certain online auction site as thre will be many Glass V1 sets on sale at a price point that may be more suitable?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

To be honest with the attitude of sky I've cancelled my subscription. What's the point in paying more money for something I can't watch 😞
