Sky glass tv

I woke up this morning to my tv not working. Turned it off waited then back on and then it said updating software. I waited for that to complete and it didn't as it said to try again or scan the qr code so I tried again and still didn't work so I scanned the qr code and followed every step and now it's stuck on the uploading software for about 2 hours and the percentage hasn't moved from 0%.

Hi @KodiLeigh This does happen from time to time and Sky have even released a help guide for this exact situation.  Have a look at the following link and see if it helps but if not give Sky a call for some additional troubleshooting.
