Sky glass remote working intermittently

The microphone function works some of the time other times it asks if I have internet which I obviously do.

I am holding the button for a few seconds after like it asks,

Hi @TC57  When my voice control stops working on my remote I find rebooting the puck always gets it working correctly abgain.

To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device .  It takes about 2 minutes to completely reboot and you will have a black screen for a while.
