Sky glass tv

I have set up my sky broadband box today which is supposed to be remotely activated. I cannot get my sky glass tv to connect to it.

Are you able to connect other devices to the router & they work?

Yes my phone has connected to the router just fine and when using the app to check the connection it says it is fine but it will not connect to the tv. I have turned the tv off at the mains and reset that way so that I could connect also but it's just not working

Which point in the process are you getting to and what is the error message? Are you using WPS or typing the password?

What is the signal strength like in the area where your Sky Glass TV is?

If you can get to the main menu try the reset network option
