Sky glass tv
My sky glass TV is really glitchy The sound won't work it keeps turning off or can't control it what so ever. Wouldn't mind if it didn't happen often but its been quite regular.

Re: Sky glass tv
Hi @Kay39
This sounds like it could be internet quality. How is your Glass connected to the internet and what speed is your connection? Glass needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
The connection between the Glass and router also needs to be stable. You can check your speed by opening netflix, open the left hand menu, scroll down and across to 'get help' and select check network.
The general advice here would be to connect via ethernet or homeplugs and turn WiFi off in the glass settings.
