Tried rebooting the TV? Turn it off at the wall for a minute then power it back on.

There's a known speaker fault in a percentage of Gen1 Glass television sets: if yours is still in its two year warranty then you should insist on a swap-out.

You would need to contact sky to carry out troubleshooting....... best way would be by telephone as they would talk you through the troubleshooting
