Hi
i was told my new sky glass tv would arrive today. I haven't had any update at all which tells me it isn't coming. I rang a week ago to reduce my sky package & the customer service advisor sold me a whole new package including a sky glass tv!

If the order was successful (which would include a credit check) then you would have been required to accept the credit agreement.

Once that's gone through you should get notification from Panther (the couriers) that the set is on its way.
If the credit check didn't pass or the agreement wasn't 'signed' then the order wouldn't have completed and nothing will be delivered.
Edit: unless you paid cash up-front for the television set, of course.
