Sky glass tv flashing screen various colours

Hi all. 

not quite had my sky glass 1st gen just short of a year now, had a few issues on and off over the last 11 months but I've had a new one the other day. 

Screen has a fit and starts to flash on and off with varying colours, pinks greens reds blues yellows you get the idea. Think this is like a graphics card issue as would be the same with a pc, it's not good. 

The only way to stop this is to unplug at the mains, surely shouldn't have to do this and shouldn't have to put up with it.

How do I get something done about it, last time I had issues no one got in touch and was ignored last time I contacted them.

Hi @Wozz70 That sounds rather disconcerting.  When I had a screen issue it was a little different to yours as I had a wide grey line running vertically down my screen.  I found that a normal reboot didn't help so I left the TV unplugged overnight and the line disappeared and luckily it never came back

I see you have unplugged but try as I did and leave it unplugged for a good few hours.  If it doesn't resolve the issue or if it keeps coming back you should call Sky for additional troubleshooting and if necessary a replacement Glass TV (you are still well within the 24 month warranty).
