Sky will not play on sky glass tv

Can we have more information  please what do you mean  sky will not play  on your sky glass, how is the tv connected  to  your  broadband, wifi or ethernet cable, what is your  broadband  speed , please  tell us what is happening with  the  tv

It's connected via WiFi.  So I say hello sky, the tv comes on, but there's nothing onscreen. Just blank.

Have you tried  turning  it off and unplugging  the tv for about 10 minutes see if that works, what sky tv subscription  do you have  ?

Yes, done all that, spoke to a woman on the phone, she said she would further investigate, and get back to me, that's was ages ago!

No screen  saver, no playlist, tv shows movies, sports, or any other tabs, no tv guide,  apps, or games showing ?

I would ring  them back then, is this a sky glass  gen 1 or gen 2 tv ?

It's the first sky glass if that makes sense

Ok, i would ring sky back a s a p, how long have you had the tv, is it still  under  warranty  ? as i think you may need a replacement  by the sounds  of  it , but i am not 100% sure to be honest , no sound or picture, at all i guess, have you  tried  hello  sky Netflix  and see what happens  ?

Tried everything, lady says by the pics there's a crack on it, I'm not replacing it it would cost too much, so I guess I'm cancelling the agreement

If you are still  paying  for the glass tv monthly  then you will have to carry on and finish  paying  it off, you could  try claiming  for a repair or replacement  on your insurance, ?
