Hi @Jigar1 


Have you unplugged your Sky Glass from the mains for a few minutes? Is your Internet connection working as expected and your connection meets the minimum speed requirements (25Mbps, for HD and 30Mbps for UHD)?



65” Sky Glass ocean blue, Sky Live, 4 streaming pucks and EE FTTP Busiest Home (circa 1.6 Gbps download). Former Sky Q, Sky+ HD and Sky+ customer.
