Sky glass start up

I cannot get my sky glass tv to connect to the internet

Hi @Rich110670 

 

Can you provide more information? Is this a new setup or when powering on having worked previously? Have you rebooted both you glass and router? Who's your ISP? What version of glass etc.

 

Remember we are fellow substnot sky and have no idea about your set up unless you tell us!

Have you  try connecting the  tv  with  an ethernet cable , that's  more  stable and  reliable that wifi
