Sky glass speakers popping
hi everyone, I'm a disabled guy with a sky glass 65 inch. I've recently just had problems with the speakers just tonight with popping sounds and the lady in the call centre said try and move the fascia to see whether it's on the right way around but I can't get the facial to come off and I can't get the care stuff to do it either. Just wondering if anyone else is having popping sounds on their sky glass TV. I have mentioned this this guy and they have put a message to the back office. I'll rely on my sky glass as I'm disabled and bedridden and only use my wheelchair a little bit. I pay just over $200 a month for my sky TV and package I have a complaint open with sky about the UHD channels especially in sports. Keep cutting up and pixelating and they say they are aware of this and are working hard to fix it. But it's just so frustrating having all these niggles with the sky glass. I just wondered what everybody thought. Thank you so much Pete

Re: Sky glass speakers popping
Removable fascias are an extra used to colour match Sky Glass TVs... that was a very strange request for Sky CSs agent to make🤔
How old is your Sky Glass TV?
If still under guarantee DEMAND a replacement😉

The built-in acoustic fabric strip below the display panel (which is always a grey-black) isn't removable. The only element which would 'come off' is an optional magnetically attached decorative overlay which won't be there unless you specifically ordered and paid more for it: these can be the colour of the metal enclosure, a contrasting colour or a pattern.
