I have rented a film tonight on Sky store but keep getting “playback unavailable at the moment. please try again. Code (1100)
I have refreshed apps as advised and also restarted the television by switching off power, as well as testing out other purchased items but getting the same error with these also.

I don't know if this was ever resolved as the original poster failed on two occasions to respond to the online chat invitation from Sky so the discussion was closed.. If you have an independent/similar issue can I suggest you start a new thread (top left of screen) giving as much information as possible and any remedies you have tried 😀

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@lcasey3 when did you refresh the apps as this process isn't instanteous and is something that can take several hours to happen in the background.
