Sky glass screen goes black

Sky Glass screen goes black randomly and remote and any other controls don't work even though I can still hear the TV is still on the programme I was watching. Short of me unplugging and resetting the TV nothing works. This happens at least once per day if not more. It's driving me mad. 

currently sat listening to what I watching raging at having to reset once again!

It can be anything, no real pattern at all. It can happen when flicking through channels but more often like tonight I was watching, went to the kitchen, came back and the tv looked like it was switched off (no standby light) but the volume of the programme I was watching still on. Remote backlights come on when I press but it doesn't do anything.
