On Sky glass you can use voice for basic control. (I.e. Hello Sky go to BBC 1 or Hello Sky go channel 103). See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/voice-control-sky-glass
If you have an old Sky Q remote you can pair this and use it too.
Other than that here is no remote app etc that can be used.
