@Sian2002 I have just replied to another thread with the same problem. The folowing is a simple cut & paste of my reply (I'm being lazy 🤣)
Try to reset and then re-pair the remote as follows:
- Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
- Press 4 and 6 together for three seconds (IR mode).
- Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode) and follow any on-screen instructions.

If none of the above works then phone Sky to discuss and request a replacement remote.
If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote.
